Luna Bianca (Selection Original)

I have been making wine from wine kits for more than six years. I have yet to discover a white wine that is any better than is the Luna Bianca from Winexpert. Not as dry as many white wines (it is rated as off-dry), it is a full-bodied wine that contains strong banana and other tropical fruit flavors. Unlike many white wine kits, the Luna Bianca comes with oak chips, which give it a strong oak flavor as well. This is a truly unique white wine, different from any other I've tasted.

Like all Winexpert kits, this one comes with easy-to-follow instructions. The entire process from mixing to bottling will take six to eight weeks and should require not more than four hours of your time altogether. The kit will produce approximately 30 750ML bottles of extremely high quality wine. After bottling let it sit for three months before opening a bottle. Reserve some bottles for later, since this wine will continue to develop for more than a year.
