Dijon Mustard (Maille) 13.4oz (380g) Label may read HOT

The Maille mustard available in the USA is produced in Canada and not the same recipe as the original French type. I recently visited the Maille Boutique at place de la Madeleine in Paris to find out why their French products are now not avilable in the USA. I was told that several years ago the US Government imposed a 200 percent import tax on any mustard produced in France. I assume some lobby of US mustard producers induced Congress to impose this duty.

So the Maille name was formed as a Canadian company, not associated with Maille of France, so that the mustard can be imported into the USA from Canada without this import duty since it was now being produced in Canada without the original Maille famous recipes. The taste of the Canadian produced Maille is not as good as the Maille mustards from France. So thank you to Congress for your interference in commerce from the great mustards from France. I did bring some various Maille mustards back with me from France but packed up in my checked luggage as customs will not allow you to bring them in carry on luggage.

The best mustard, but beware of the one from Canada. It's not as good. Try to get the one that says Product of France, but it's hard to find. This one says it, but shipping is way to expensive for mustard.

I love this mustard. It makes a fantastic vinagarette wisked with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil, or you can mix it it with an equal part of honey for a delicious glaze for grilled chicken or fish. This is FAR superior to Grey Poupon. I highly recomend this mustard, it's delicious!

The French version is the "real thing". I just bought Maille Dijon from Fairway in Woodland PK NJ--it a'int the same thing. I also tried a friend's Maille Dijon and it is inferior. Another friend brought me a Maille from Paris last Spring and there is NO COMPARISON!!!!

It's amazing how many foods are complimented by this rich, tangy, complex mustard. I'd say the Maille you get in France stings a little bit more, but the product made in Canada is excellent quality. I can't understand the fascination people have with invalidating it because it's made in Canada. If you don't like it from Canada, don't eat it, and don't forget it's never too late to grow up.

Luna Bianca (Selection Original)

Chocolato Cabernet Tagliarini

I bought these after seeing the chocolate pasta on the cooking network. She made her own but I didn't have the time to make the pasta so I thought this would be the same. Boy was I wrong...it's bland and tastes nothing like chocolate. You are better off using normal pasta instead of this.

didnt love the red wine. would be better just chocolate. i served it with a hazelnut chocolate sauce and grated white chocolate on top.

The pasta does not taste like chocolate by itself, it requires a really sweet sauce or combination of sauces. Follow directions on package otherwise pasta will not cook properly

I have made this pasta a few times and loved it. It cooks very quickly. This is not just a dessert pasta. I added a butter sage sauce to it with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and it was yummy!! I will definitely order it agian!!

Quite often herbal teas are unsatisfying. This one is the exception. A tablespoon in a tea ball makes a extra large mug of good flavored tea with no off notes. Really worth the money.

This blueberry tea makes an excellent iced tea. It has a wonderful fruity flavor. I've been using it as a daily cold tea with a touch of honey for over three years.

Cream of Tartar, 2 oz.

I found the product to be very good. My daughter was baking muffins for school and we use this product. The product was useful with the muffins. It gave the product a good taste to eat and we enjoyed eating the product.

Not very, really, unless it's reasonably priced, shipped quickly with a minimum of fuss and does what it's supposed to do: make a fabulous meringue all of which is applicable to this product. I will order it again.

I've made a number of wine kits that produced some very good or excellent

wine. I usually add my own "touches."

This wine was not very good. It did not taste like a Pinot Grigio.

I will probably try another company or start with just the juice.

We have been purchasing wine kits locally for several years and recently began purchasing from Amazon as our local source closed shop until we processed this kit we have never had a bad batch color was good, but there was a distinct odor and sharp taste to the finished product the batch was scrapped.

I finished this wine kit about 4 weeks ago and like all other paklab products this creates a solid house wine to have around. While I prefer their "Vino Italiano Moscato" kit-wine, this kit creates a very smooth, drinkable end result.

There is a step during the creation process of these kits that requires you to "top-up" your carboy. It's best to use the same kind of wine from a previous batch, however as this was the first time I made this wine the alternative was clean spring water. I felt that I might've watered down this wine too much during this phase. I have, however, used spring water at this point in several kits in the past and not had a watery taste at the beginning of one's sip.

The goal, then, is to make another Pinot Grigio kit and use wine from the previous batch to avoid adding unnecessary water. Of course by the time the second batch is made, rarely do I have excess wine to add to a kit. This is due to the fact that these Paklab kits are SO drinkable, their end product seems to disappear so quickly. The only reason I gave this wine a 3 instead of a 4 is because I prefer the Moscato from their Vino Italiano lines of kits, but that could be simply personal preference.

I will be bottling this wine next week. So far, so good, but I haven't gone wrong using these kits yet. However, just like so many others have recommended, make 5 gallons, not 6. Also, I rack it twice and add a wine smoother (I get it from American Brewmaster: [ ... ]) to it right before bottling. Yummy!

title says it all ... a very nice "old fashion" style red wine vinegar, unfiltered from Italy (Island of Sardinia)

I used to think vinegar was just that. Until I tasted a balsamic that had been rated with 3 grapes. Yes, vinegar can be rated.

I'm experimenting with fresh sprouts as a winter alternative. I'm finding a nice sprout mix with just a touch of olive oil and this vinegar is a superior alternative to a green salad.

I use one bottle of red wine vinegar every two years. I have used safeway brand. this time I spent a lilltle more money and the upgrade was worth it!. very happy with this vinegar.

first tried this at hillside winery in gatlinburg tn. mixed with the black and blue wine it is amazing! I'm not a huge wine drinker, i prefer fruity ones mostly like apple raspberry or apple strawberry from the apple barn, but this was so good.

What a wonderful idea these pouches contain the dry ingredients for a wonderful sangria, just add you favorite wine and water, and toss it in the freezer. In a short period of time, the mixture freezes into a cold and slushy and thoroughly delicious drink. Each pouch makes a half-gallon, about 16 servings (or better yet, make it 12 or less servings!).

This is a really great idea. The pouches are dead easy to take along dry, and still quite convenient when filled and ready to drink. Try it, you'll like it!

I was excited to get these. I was going to a frozen drink party and wanted something different that no one else would have. These seemed ideal. Unfortuantely, they were a HUGE bust! They were WAY too sweetbordered upon undrinkable. And even though there was wine in them, they froze completely solid. So, in order to drink them, they had to sit out for an hour or more to thaw. Then they thawed too much and were just a soupy mess. I am stuck with two more packages as I bought the three pack. I had high hopes and was extremely let down. They ended up being a huge waste of money. :(

I tried the Sangria Wine Freezer because I really liked the margarita and the mojito mixes. And the verdict is.....too bad I bought it in a pack of 3, as I don't know what to do with what's left over. It's too sweet, and doesn't have any exciting flavour. Also, unlike the mixes made with hard liquor, the wine freezes too hard, so it's tough to get it out of the bag once frozen. I had to leave it out of the freezer for an hour or more so I could pour/squeeze a drink!

This tea is beautiful to watch and wonderful to drink. I found myself drinking cup after cup with one bloom. I have since ordered more.

The package looked good, but the content was not so good. It's basically the repackage tea from the chinese supermarket. I was expecting with this price, I'll get the premium quality tea, but instead just the repackage tea that I can buy cheaply from the chinese supermarket. The tea was very dry and not taste good. I'm very disappointed.
