Wine Finishing Sauces by Buckhead Gourmet - Sauce Marsala (9 ounce)

I made chicken Marsala with this sauce and it was so delicious. The whole meal only took 15 minutes to make, a real time saver. The sauce is a bit expessive, so when I went to reorder I decided to see if Buckhead Gourmet had a web site. They do and the prices are a lot less. I also order some of their other sauces, I'm sure they'll be every bit as good.

I thought there was more than one when I ordered, since the pictured showed five. The sauce is very good.

Not too gritty, terrific bargain. Order these, saute about 6-8 (rinsed) in, butter, with fresh garlic and tarragon. Then put all in a dish with Havarti cheese on top and you'll have a great night. I've bought these for years, Amazon has the better price. Enjoy!

I keep these on hand year round. There are about a dozen large snails in a can. Great stuffed into mushroom caps with some garlic butter and baked in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

First, many restaurants use Roland brand foods. We order escargot whenever it is offered on a menu...usually anywhere from $9.95 $13.95 each serving. Make sure you rinse these with water before you prepare them. I simply sautee them in fresh garlic, butter, and olive oil. Serve over linguine with a sprinkle of romano cheese and enjoy!

Cornucopia Fruit Wine Kit, Red Blackberry Red Zinfandel, 16.4-Pound Box

My wife loves this kit but I don't like it that sweet... But on one of the other cornucopia kits

( Peach )

I just added half the small bag ( finishing bag )in at the start with the large bag at the first fermentation and only filled to 5 gallons not 6 gallons. This gave the wine a little more kick and not so sweet... it really makes the wine a lot better. Lets put it this way my Peach is gone and my wife's Strawberry is still here and she drank most of my wine. try it!!!!!

Wine came with all the packets to get started as well as the sleeves and corks to complete the bottling. Would highly recommend this wine to all winemakers.

This wine turned out fantastic! Everyone who has tried it has absolutely adored it. The labels, however, are a different story.

The word Zinfandel is missing the first N. The label says Blackberry Zifandel. How embarassing! Not to mention that they are a mustard yellow and not the nicest looking.

Again, GREAT wine, weak labels.

Nantucket Off-Shore Nantucket Rub, 1.5-Ounce Tins (Pack of 6)

I use this product on almost every fish that is sauteed or roasted. The mix of spices is unique and imparts a lovely flavor to fish.

The quantity of product in the tin is risibly small for the price. The rub mixture is loosely packed, and there is about enough in each tin for two, or at most three, sides of salmon. True, the description of the product gave the weight of the contents, so there was no actual misrepresentation, but there was no picture of an open can to give a clear idea of how little product one would actually get for the purchase. I'd never order this product again.

I got a tin of this for Christmas years ago. I haven't tried this rub for it's intended purpose, but I add a couple tablespoons to each 5lb batch of sauerkraut I make and it makes the magic happen. I get rave reviews when I take it to cookouts.

I purchased this item to give as a gift. I was a little wary of purchasing based on the photo alone, but when I received this item, I was extremely pleased. First, the item comes shipped in its own ready-to-ship Amazon box; if needed, you can simply apply a label and ship to your recipient. I wanted to view the product itself, however, so I opened the box. Inside, the individual food items were neatly arranged on the cutting board, with the cheese knife placed across the top. The entire thing was wrapped in plastic to hold it together and then encircled by a very nice quality red bow accented with gold. This excellent presentation definitely makes this product a gift I am proud to give! Since my recipients have not yet received the item (it's a Christmas gift), I can't say anything about the quality of the food products that are included, but I will try to update my review with more details. Based on appearance alone, however, I would definitely recommend this product.

The packaging looks very nice, but the quality of the food is quite poor.

The cheese is not real Brie/Camembert as the nice round box suggests, its fake "Camembert-flavored" processed cheese.

The knife broke when I tried to cut plastic which protects the sausage.

The mustard tastes awful, the crackers are "cardboard"-flavored.

But I like the cutting board.

The picture makes this set seem higher-quality than it is. Fake cheese, generic crackers, cheap spreader. Not great.
