Luna Bianca (Selection Original)
I have been making wine from wine kits for more than six years. I have yet to discover a white wine that is any better than is the Luna Bianca from Winexpert. Not as dry as many white wines (it is rated as off-dry), it is a full-bodied wine that contains strong banana and other tropical fruit flavors. Unlike many white wine kits, the Luna Bianca comes with oak chips, which give it a strong oak flavor as well. This is a truly unique white wine, different from any other I've tasted.Like all Winexpert kits, this one comes with easy-to-follow instructions. The entire process from mixing to bottling will take six to eight weeks and should require not more than four hours of your time altogether. The kit will produce approximately 30 750ML bottles of extremely high quality wine. After bottling let it sit for three months before opening a bottle. Reserve some bottles for later, since this wine will continue to develop for more than a year.

I rec'd this cheese in a Christmas "gift basket", and what a nice surprise. The taste and consistency are excellent, it's a fairly strong cheddar, which I love. That's why I looked for it on-line and am going to buy some thru Amazon. Yahoo!
Gourmet Hickory Smoked Sea Salt from The Green Bean Company
This salt is the same as "Hickory Smoked Sea Salt Durango Great on the BBQ", also sold by The Spice Lab. It has large crystals slightly larger than kosher salt. It is dark with a strong hickory aroma and flavor. It is true smoked salt. I love it.
Cypress Grove Midnight Moon (8 ounce) by igourmet
This great cheese is absolutely delicious, and can hold its own against the best european cheeses! It has the dense texture of a gouda, but creamier and more velvety with a slight graininess of aged cheeses. At room temperature all the flavors and texture are at their peak. Though a goat cheese, it does not taste at all like goat milk. In the mouth its flavor is creamy, slightly sweet/salty/tangy, with a complex indescribable earthy flavors reminiscent of nuts, and browned butter. You will not be disappointed if you buy this cheese. It is our favorite, and we are dedicated cheeseheads. If you are lactose intolerant, this will become your favorite cheese. I cannot say enough good things about this cheese.

I purchased this and sent it to a family member as a gift. When it arrived, she called to thank me, saying the fruit was delicious, and it was one of the nicest gift baskets she'd ever seen. She sent me a photo of my nieces and nephews enjoying the treats.It's a little pricier than some of the other gift baskets on Amazon, but it's worth it. Unlike some of the other gifts, this one really does look like the picture, so you know what you are getting.

I sent this basket as a gift. It was the best thing I could have done, because when the person who received the gift she and her husband was so very please that she was screaming and saying how heavy it was and how very please she was with the appearance of the fruit,cheese and nuts. Also she stated on how great the fruit and cheese and nuts tasted. They stated that the fruit,cheese and nuts were so fresh and they tried to save it as much as possible but could not stop eating.
