I was very excited to find this product but once I received I was very disappointed by its taste. I believe it was exposed to too much heat as it was in FedEx hands for 3 days. The result is a very acidic and pungent taste that has nothing to do with Pecorino Sardo.I will not order this again. Rating two stars as it is not completely inedible but for $20/lb I want well handled cheese.
