I was very excited to find this product but once I received I was very disappointed by its taste. I believe it was exposed to too much heat as it was in FedEx hands for 3 days. The result is a very acidic and pungent taste that has nothing to do with Pecorino Sardo.
I bought the Truffle & Barolo Delicacy in Nigeria of all places. I purchased 1 bottle and the next day went back and bought all 12 bottles in the store. The flavor is outstanding, you can taste the Truffle and a hint of the Barolo wine, which is not heavy but a delicate addition. This goes well on roasted veggies, salads, I use it on fruit and proscuitto. I even used it on a leg of lamb. If you try this, I am confident that you will enjoy it as much as my family and friends do.
I have used and shared the Mt. Olympus rub with friends for years. It says it is for Chicken and Lamb, and it is great on them, but it is also terrific on pork. My usual practice is to salt the food lightly, and then sprinkle with the rub, patting it in place. Grill normally and enjoy the aromas. Love Love Love it!
cooked this up with some of my homegrown cascade hops. actually be warned this was a liquid extract not dry as advertised smells nice sure beer will taste great
