Riesling (Vintner's Reserve)

For a moderately-priced wine kit, the Vintner's Reserve Riesling is one of the best around. A dry, white wine that pairs well with seafood and is also great as a sipping wine, Riesling has a light-medium body and a clean, refreshing taste.

Like all the Winexpert kits, the Riesling comes with easy to follow directions. The four-step process from mixing to bottling takes approximately six weeks altogether. Each step requires less than an hour of your time. The kit makes approximately 30 750ML bottles of excellent wine and is thus very cost-effective. (The per-bottle cost is about two dollars.) The wine will be ready to drink within a month of bottling, although it will continue to mature for up to a year.
