The quality of both the tuna and the olive oil are amazing. There are many ways of serving it, but one of my favorites is with sliced, vine-ripened tomatoes, red onion, capers and jalapenos, then drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with Herbes de Provence Provence Herb 8 oz.. I uploaded a customer-supplied image of just such a dish.
Another use is to top a paella with this tuna. Or serve it with a stuffed avocado. The possibilities are endless. This is not something I would waste on a sandwich, but for those times when you just want to treat or pamper yourself or someone special, this should do the trick.
