It shipped quickly. The taste is perfect. I'm going to use in in a truffled potato mushroom gratin. It's everything it claims to be.
I purchased this cheese for a trip to wine country. This went very well with wine and crackers and especially on its own. It is so flavorful but not overpowering. It is a little on the soft side (I like harder cheeses), but it was still delicious. It was vacuum packed, very well packaged, and arrived quickly. I'll definitely be purchasing this again in the future if I have the need for this type of cheese.
