Growing up in West-Central Illinois, hunting for Morel Mushrooms is a Springtime tradition. Nothing tasted better than these fresh mushrooms fried up and served still warm! This cheese comes very close to my childhood memories, I could eat the whole wheel at one setting! Just buy it!
