Was pleased with this salami. Good flavor, not too garlic-y like some salamis tend to be. Decent sized stick. I sliced two whole salamis for a party, every last bit was consumed and people talked very highly of it. I served it with some sliced french bread and crackers, along with some sliced cheeses. The wine drinkers liked it, the beer drinkers did, too. Very reasonable price. If you're paying shipping, order 3-4 of them to even out the shipping cost.

This is excellent salami! It has a great blend of spices that will knock your socks off! And the rich taste melts in your mouth.

The paper on this salame is like glued to it. I can't get it off, I have to shave the salame to make it edible.
