I had purchased this at a local winery a year ago, but they weren't carrying it any more. The label in the photo doesn't look like the old bottle I had, but when I received my shipment it was exactly the same. And, tastes just as good, too. Delivery and packaging where just as described and all the bottled I ordered came without incident. Would order again from this vender. o
Then I tried La Piana Fig Balsamic Vinegar for cooking, and I was captivated by its taste. And my wife likes it too. We even use it on cold salads.

I've been making wine from kits for almost 10 years now and these kits are very nice. With the discount for "Subscribe and Save" you can't beat them. I've purchased several of them now and have had no problems at all. They come complete with real corks, labels, and foil caps packed into a plastic bucket. Note: The bucket is not a food grade container and can't be used as a fermenter so don't make that assumption. I'm sure they only ship in a bucket because if they shipped in a box they would get destroyed due to the weight. Great kits and a great deal.
I've been making wine for 3 years now & begin to have a decent reputation among friends. I offer the following advice in hopes that more experienced wine makers will add to or correct it. And hope beginners will find it helpful.
Wine making is insanely easy! You just buy the best juice you can afford and ferment it without contaminating it. But the cardinal sin is to drink it too soon. According to my brief experience the following are apropriate:
Apple wine bottle between 1-3 months after start of fermentation & age 6 months more before drinking.
Cherry blueberry elderberry etc. bottle @ 6-9 months and begin to consume after 1 year.
"4week" white wine kits purchase at a discount & pour directly into sink as they're unfit for decent people.
"6 & 8 week" white wine kits bottle at 3-4 months and begin to consume after 1 year. These can be good.
"4 week" red wine kits bottle at 6 months and begin to consume after 1 year.
"6 & 8 week" red wine kits The Best! Bottle at 1 year. Set aside in a cool place for another year. Tell your lazy son to stay out of it. Then slowly begin to enjoy.
Someone with 10 years or more experience please chime in!I purchased this kit for my husband, who is an amateur wine maker. The instructions were easy to follow and the resulting wine is better than those we have purchased at local wineries. As it ages, we expect it to get even better.So far, so good.
The kit was complete and easy. I have used hundreds of kits. I am expecting this to be the best, due to it being pure must. The fermentation was thorough. I have a few more weeks to go before bottling and about six months before drinking. I have great expectations.
The delivery and care of the company was exceptional.

This is the best tasting salad dressing that Kraft has and I cannot understand why in the world they would discontinue it. I have used it for many years as a dressing and as a marinade. They have put more and more dressings on the market, but none can compare with Viva. I have tried going back to Wishbone and they have changed their recipe too. Kraft has certainly lost a customer here.
I also make my own pickles, and in one batch added a quarter bottle to each jar and made homemade Viva Italian pickles!!! YUM!

I've used this dressing on my salads since I was a kid! I wouldn't buy anything else. But it's getting harder and harder to find. I've had a hard time finding any in the stores where I live now, so my family ships a few bottles to me every once in a while...or they get me some for my birthday. True story.I also use it to marinate chicken and fish, add a little kick to my sandwiches, or I'll drizzle some over a baked potato. Yum!This dressing is our family's favorite dressing and marinade. It's a great marinade for fish and chicken as well as the best store bought salad dressing.

This cheese was fantastic!! Though I would suggest getting a hand held cheese grater instead of the normal stand up one. It does get to be a bit of a handful when trying to make sure everyone has as much as they want. I made four cheese baked Mac N Cheese with this shaved all over the top of it and wow was it good. I didn't even have left overs and there were only 5 of us... Only thing I could think to be wrong is that you will wish you had bought two orders of it.
