Red wine vinegar comes into play in a number of recipes that I use. And this product is quite serviceable to me (I also use the brand's white wine vinegar).For instance, kale is a very healthful green. One of my recipes call for, among other ingredients, red wine vinegar. The end result is quite tasty, with a bit of an edge. But it works!
So, this remains a solid choice for my oil and vinegar products.
