California Trinity Red (World Vineyard)

The World Vineyard line of wine kits from Winexpert represent a set of moderately-priced kits that produce a high quality wine. Unlike some of the pricier wine kits (such as those in the Eclipse series) these can be bottled within four weeks of mixing and are ready to be enjoyed within two to three months. (I would personally wait longer than that, perhaps six months after bottling, since the wine will continue to develop for up to a year after bottling.) The wine kit comes with explicit instructions for mixing, racking, stabilizing, and bottling. The entire process should not take more than three hours of your time.

The "California Trinity Red" is a dry wine with medium oak intensity and medium-full body. It is a blend of three grape varieties--Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The wine pairs well with roasts and steaks.

very nice wine kit. bulk aged 5 months then bottled. After 2 months in the bottle I was quite pleased. Worth ordering.
