I use a lot of Dijon mustard and I can't find anything better than this. I have even preferred it over Edmond Fallot, an imported French product with a good reputation. The Trader Joe's has more wine flavor, which I thought is important. The Trader Joe's Dijon is a product of France too, unlike other popular brands such as Grey Poupon and Maille. Best of all, Trader Joe's Dijon is cheaper than all of the rest. I believe it's $1.99 in stores.Be aware, it's very strong. But it also packs more flavor than any other I've had.
