This is made from yeast cell extract, so it is a full nutrient and really ramps up the yeast. I got a very clean, fast, and complete fermentation with this nutrient.Also, because it isn't chemically derived, there is no danger of introducing accidental toxins to your beer through incomplete fermentation, which can happen with urea-based nutrients.
