I really liked this cheese it had a tasty flavor (like other Tillamook cheese)it also had excellent packaging: a Styrofoam box in side of a cardboard box + delivery time was also good.Besides being Kosher Certified it is also Vegetarian.Negative:Wish they had it in 2 or 3 lb blocks in stead of only 8 oz blocks.So even though it's a good cheese doubt will get more.With the price of it + the costs of shipping/handling.Ends up that i can get a 2 lb loaf of Cabot's for cpl dollars more when get to a local store.
