I don't know how they do it this dressing is low in calories, not loaded with sugar or fat and is delicious.

I had been using The Wishbone fat free salad dressing as I am diabetic but when they stopped making it I switched over to this. It is still a good dressing that does not upset my blood sugar and tasted great.

I like red wine salad dressing and the price of this product was very attractive but I find it a bit too sweet for my tastes.
