This stuff is electrifyingly good. I bought it to spread on bread, as a tapenade and it's delicious that way. But it is also fantastic when used as a sauce and mixed with pasta such as paparadelle.
I had a sandwich in Paris that used black olive cream, and I had no idea what that was. It tasted milder than a tapenade. A friend did an Amazon search and found this. This is exactly what I was looking for to recreate the sandwich when I got back home. The seller is great! I ordered it on a Saturday thinking I might get it by the following Friday, but to my surprise it arrived on Wednesday! Product was packed well since it comes in a glass jar and was "fresh" in that the expiration date is in 2014.
