My experience was very good. The product arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. I was impressed with the quality of the product as well.
Okay, it's just a bag of dust but at least don't send a bag with a little hole in it. The yeast seems to like it just fine but I think the product might be a little old based on the quality of the packaging (the bag had that old plastic look, not shiny like the photo). Probably will look for alternative vendors for my next purchase.
