This is great Calbrese. Its not too spicy and great flavor. Goes great with smoked gouda or smoked cheddar I will consider purchasing again

I had also ordered several other Olli salamis and found two to be of great quality and just wonderful but two did not taste right like it's about to spoil though it was months at expiration date. Just a note to other consumers.
