Seasoned Rice Vinegar

I have had this product in the past and the bottle of vinegar tasted nothing like what I normally use.

It was bland, not tangy, seemingly watered down.

I won't buy it again

At home, I enjoy making my own sushi, as in this town, it's pretty pricey. This is a mild rice vinegar, and I highly doubt that anyone planning on using it as a salad dressing will be pleased with it, as it's not exactly an overpowering flavor.

It has a delicate balance of sweet, tangy, and salty, which is perfect for sushi rice. However, if you plan on using it for something else, I would make another choice.
