I needed lavender to make lemon bars and I liked that these came in a glass jar to keep them fresh. I just added a few pinches in the crust and it came out delicious. I've also infused sugar cookie icing with the lavender for equally tasty results. I have only been using it for cooking but I can imagine tons of other uses like making soaps or candles.
