I heard and read about the salt, and figured I'd try it for myself. I was very skeptical, so when it came I wasn't expecting it to be very good. I certainly hoped that it would be, but figured it was just a bunch of bandwagon jumpers that you driven the salt into such notoriety. I was completely wrong, The salt has an amazingly same but different flavor that takes salt too a whole new level. It is very difficult to articulate the difference between this and other salts, all I can really say is the flavor is much rounder and much more rich. I strongly suggest you try it, I think you'll really enjoy.
