Alcotec 48-hour Turbo Yeast, 135 grams

Not the best that I've used but certainly not the worst either. The results were 18% abv after 96 hrs.

My hubby uses this yeast to make Black Beard's Rum. After trying other brands, he says this is the best.

This is a great product!! Makes great wine within a couple of days! Will be a future buyer from now on!

great for rum but foams like crazy. anti foaming agent or extra room in fermentor recommended. but all in all it pumps out 10 % in 2 days

This yeast works great for making beer at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone starting out with home brewing.
