An AWESOME, rich flavor alternative to cow's milk cheeses which I'm allergic to. Speedy shipping, BUT......by the time the cheese arrived it was WARM because the shipper did not ship w/ dry ice nor in a styrofoam box (just a Priority Mail envelope)! The little cool pack in the envelope was equally warm when it arrived. Cheese was not spoiled, BUT....I am a bit nervous about shelf life. I would definitely like my next shipment in a styrofoam box w/ an ice pack.
