Specialty items like this are hard to find in country stores where I live so I keep them in the freezer and escape to Italy anytime I want. I tried to substitute what I could find in local grocers, but wanted to order these just to see if there was a big difference. Never going back. Very worth the trouble of ordering if you are going to the trouble of making tiramisu, especially for dinner parties and such
