White Wine Vinegar Starter

Ordered 2 "mothers", one for red and white vinegars. One mother was not properly sealed and package reeked of vinegar. I went ahead and added it my vinegars though and am now waiting for it to bloom.

Making wine vinegar for the very first time. Will know in three months how it is. Starter seems to have worked fine.
