When I found this reserved the Château four-week wine kit. I was very surprised that you received two complete kits and this one box for the price of one really. Both the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay white wine kits were very easy to make ready for bottling six weeks. I use a pump to rack my wines into a carboys which helps with degassing which saves a step of another week. I was skeptical at first ordering the wine kit because the description is vague but the product is superb. I recommend this to anyone both novice and pro winemaker
