Not a lot to say really....the chips are exactly what and how much I wanted, and were delivered on time. I use them for wines and they work perfectly I boil a little water, add a few, let it cool then add the mixture to my wine must. It gives wine a nice light oak undertone. The oak was evenly toasted, packaged well, and what I wanted.
