Exactly what I was looking for. I was served a piece of Horseradish Havarti on a recent trip. When home I googled for it and found this at my trusted friend Amazon. Cheese was great, packing wonderful, delivery very quick. Chives add a bit of nice texture. I will order again and have shared experience and cheese with many friends.
