I bought this product while visiting Naples and brought it home in my suitcase. I wish I had left my clothes and just filled the suitcase with these noodles. They make perfect layers, thin and delicate with delicious flavor. I made lobster lasagna with them last week and it was fantastic mostly because of these noodles.
