You can try the rest, I tried them all. The Pommery Moutarde du Lion is THE best mustard in the universe (and then some). It was a bright flavor and a kick to it. All others seem to taste like chemicals when compared. This is the real McCoy. Absolutely phenomenal ! Is there a 6 star ?

Pommery, the maker, has 2 other brands that I use and this one is great for a little extra spiciness. The other mustards Pommery makes are not as fine ground as this one, this one reminds me of their Moutarde Royale, a really fine mustard that is hard to get.

This is an ideal summer barbecue mustard so throw on the sausage and grill away.
