Cooking is a hobby of mine, and I frequently receive unique food items as gifts. Curvee Champagne Vinegar was one such gift, and now that I've tried it, it's become a pantry staple. It's hard to describe the flavor, but the champagne flavor (and aroma) really stand out. I've used it in salad dressings, marinades, and sauces (steak sauces and marinara). The aroma and flavor add that extra something, especially to French and Italian dishes.
