Received it right away. A little pricey but since I can't get to the market I'm not complaining. Liked it well enough that I purchased it again.

Why would a Wisconsin seller change brands on my last order? New Colby is DRIED OUT ON EDGE TOUCHING PLASTIC WRAP. TEXTURE IS V POOR. TASTE IS WORSE STILL. I have literally bought 50 loaves over last few years. That was A plus. This Colby is so poor, do not buy. Go to you local meat butcher. It leaves a terrible aftertaste in your mouth. Seriously, I think they have gone bonkers in Wisconsin. DO NOT BUY!
