I made a batch of Winexpert Selection Series Barolo wine not too long ago. It was a great hit. As well as enjoying it ourselves, we gave several bottles as gifts. Everyone who tried it agreed that it was an excellent wine. Moreover, it was easy to make. As with all the wine kits that come from Winexpert, the Barolo kit has specific and easy-to-follow instructions. Making the wine requires not more than three hours or so of time altogether. The entire process, from the initial mixing of the grape juice to bottling, takes six to eight weeks. The end result is a high-quality wine that is full-bodied with a most pleasing bouquet. The kit makes approximately 30 750ML bottles altogether. This works out to less than four dollars a bottle for a wine comparable to ones that retail for several times that much. I highly recommend this kit to anyone who enjoys making wine.
