Hmmmm. The picture shows all-plastic tasting corks and the Product Description is for a 13+ gallon barrel? Well, I'm only going to talk about the stoppers.
If you regularly open bottles of wine and need to re-stopper them, these are great. They go in easily and the multi-ring nature of them keeps air from moving in or out. They are also great for putting into bottles of home-made vinegars, salad dressings, etc.
BUT... these are not for winemakers who want to put bottles upside down or on their sides. Ditto beer makers. Any pressure buildup will force these back out and you have a mess.
If you have a collection of whiskies with old-fashioned cork stoppers, those will eventually dry out and break off. In these cases, stoppers like these are also great. Hopefully you get the old cork out before it breaks up (or can filter the bits out) and then use one of these to protect that whisky.
Finally, if you make flavored liquors or dressings for gifts, these are so much easier than trying to insert an old cork or using plastic wrap and a rubber band.
