But if you are tired of the sugar in regular tonic water or the crap in diet tonic water, than this is a nice choice. With a little bit of lime and a little heavier on the gin, this makes for a heavenly drink where you can savor the gin & tonic mixture. Cuts out a lot of calories, too!
One word of caution it can lose it's carbonation, quick. Best to buy the small bottles (I've purchased both) and put a bottle type pressure sealer on the top if you want to save the little residue of the small bottle (if you're only having one drink.)

I've been drinking this mixer with G&Ts for close to a year now. Switching back to a grocery store Tonic brand the other day got me almost nauseous. Q Tonic has a very light taste, is made with quality ingredients, and has a low sugar/calorie content. If you're going to get calories might as well get it from the alcohol and not sugar.I guess like so many other things, it comes down to taste. I really like it with my new gin, New Amsterdam. YMMV
Want Q Tonic Water 4 Pack Discount?
I've been wanting to try Q Tonic for years, because I avoid high-fructose corn syrup (or any corn syrup, for that matter) in my diet, and it is close to impossible to find a tonic water without corn syrup, although I notice now that there are a few other brands out there, too. Q Tonic is sweetened with agave nectar, which is actually one of the two ideal sweeteners for me (honey being the other). I also appreciate that it has natural, Peruvian quinine. I absolutely love tonic water and was hoping that Q Tonic would satisfy my jones for same. However, I must say that I am not wowed by the flavor of Q Tonic. It isn't bad, mind you, but it is just very ho-hum, no depth, and certainly not the intensity of QUININE that I love.If I lived in an area in which Q Tonic was available in stores, I would probably buy it occasionally. But I can't justify ordering such an expensive product when the flavor just isn't there, nor is the quinine satisfaction that any fellow quinine aficionados out there (and we are few and far between *lol*) will understand that I'm talking about when I say (as the famous quote goes about the suburbs): "there was no there there".
Disappointing, yet still rates four stars from me for the sheer fact that it has no corn syrup and has natural quinine. It just needs a lot more OF the quinine, in my humble opinion. And I'd like to know what the "natural bitters" are, too. Perhaps it needs another good hit of those, too.
