Paris Caramels with Chocolate 9 PcsHow could I go wrong ordering candy made in France from the highest quality ingredients and that was also chocolate? Was so eager to try these and was so disappointed in this product. The texture was okay, not sticky caramel, but didn't taste any chocolate at all, they were the color of chocolate, but that was about it. This was one of the most bland candies I have ever eaten. I tried three of these several weeks apart to see if I would finally love them, but no; the same result every time. Don't waste your money.

The product description states, "Paris Caramels uses only the highest quality ingredients and is always in search of new flavors." I think it is time to discontinue this one and find another.

Boschetto al Tartufo Bianchetto - Whole WheelIf you like mozzarella-type cheeses and consider mushrooms their own food group, buy this cheese immediately. I had it at a wine bar in San Diego with my sister and the owner was kind enough to let me sneak a peek at the label so I could buy some of my own. It's a large ball of cheese that comes in it's own fancy woven container and is perfect for putting out at a party with crackers -that is if you don't eat the entire thing yourself beforehand. The texture is medium firm and it has a melt-in-your-mouth creaminess. The black truffle bits in the cheese give it the most amazing taste not extremely overpowering like some truffle oils can be, but just the right amount of truffle taste. The truffle bits are not discernible texture-wise (important if you like consistency of texture like I do!) This is such a unique tasting cheese and is certain to impress your guests if you serve it, or if you do keep it all to yourself, try it melted on crusty bread with a slice of ham and with a glass of prosecco. Delish!

This cheese is amazing. I tend to just buy it at Whole Foods, but it's good to know you can get it in more than one place. The flavor on this cheese is perfect. The truffle is very rich and the cheese itself is so sweet and creamy. My favorite way to have it is melted in the toaster oven on some crusty french bread. Mmm!

Hot Pepper Pecan JellyThis jelly is my "go-to" for a delicious, quick appetizer. I pour it over cream cheese and serve with crackers it truly is fabulous and there is NEVER any left over everyone loves it! I love Vegetable Kingdom they are amazingly creative with their products. I am so happy I will now be able to get my supplies of Hot Pepper Pecan Jelly anytime I want, and I will cross my fingers that all of the other products will be available here, too!

India Tree Chardonnay Smoked Fleur de Sel, 5.5 ozI bought this as a gift for my Dad, but I insisted on trying it after he opened it. It has a wonderful smokey flavor that you can't miss. And the smokey flavor pairs very nicely with the fleur de sel. I haven't tried other smoked salts, so I can't compare, but I really loved this product and thought it had a well-balanced flavor. It would be great with eggs, salads, grilled fish and meats.

I put this fleur de sel in and on everything, from grapefruit to peanut butter toast. Superb with fish, delicate sauces, salads; toss it on just before serving. It is my secret weapon.

This is an excellent salt (wish I had known about it sooner) that ever good cook should have in his or her kitchen. I like to make my own dry rubs and this salt will be perfect for rubs for all types of meat and poultry. Also added to fresh herbs (like rosemary) and garlic with a splash of good olive oil! I just don't think you can go wrong with this salt.

I don't give out 5-star ratings lightly, but this is possibly the best "special" salt I've ever tasted. It is airy, with a light salt flavor, and a detectible but not overwhelming touch of both smoke and wine. I've used it on vegetables and bread, and it is simply delightful. I'm back to order more!

This smoked salt has a very delicate flavor that I think works best on chicken and fish. We tried it on steaks and it was very good, but I think some of the flavor of the salt was lost in the strong flavor of the steak.

Bana Tea Company Limited Edition Premium Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake - 2008 Vintage, Early Spring Harvest - All NaturalI'm relatively new tp Pu-erh, but recently I've tried at least 25 different kinds from across Yunnan Province, and the Six Famous Tea Mountains. Each has its unique flavor, changing slowly through multiple steepings.

This particular tea is my favorite "Sheng" or raw tea from Bana. Flavorful from the first through 6-8 steepings, holding a balanced bitter/sweet flaver so enjoyable to me. I think I'll get an extra cake and see if I can keep out of it to age it for a decade or so! Looking at the spent leaves in my gaiwan, this cake seems to be made of high quality materials, carefully handled from harvest to my doorstep.

This tea is wonderful, subtle pleasant flavors are abundant and refreshing. I have had it for over 8 months now and really enjoying it!

This is my second purchase of the Bana Tea Company Limited Edition Premium Raw 2008 Tea Cake. I'm enjoying the first one so much (bought directly from Linda Louie at the L.A. Tea Festival) that I bought this second one as a gift. I might buy another and stash it to experience how it ages.

A previous review said that this tastes like green tea. Yes, a very refreshing green tea, which is what raw Puer is, I believe. This particular tea tastes slightly fruity rather than just "green", and the flavors stand up to repeated brewing: 9 or 10 (small, Chinese) cups. It's great as iced tea, too.

I've had really good pu erh tea and this does not taste like it at all. It tastes and looks more like green tea. Although it tasted decent, I was expecting something that did not taste so much like green tea. Alot of vendors are jumping on the pu erh bandwagon charging customers alot of money making them think it's pu erh. I do not believe this is 100% pu erh as stated in the description.

I ordered this to take to my sister-in-law's house for Easter (we both had it a relative's house and loved it). The taste of the cheese without the truffle, is really nothing special. But with a large amount of black truffle, it's wonderful!
