I used to get this product at my local Farmer's Market, but they stopped carrying it. So I found it at Amazon and ordered several boxes. They arrived very quickly and were amazingly fresh. I highly recommend them for serving with things like tuna salad or chicken salad. They're pretty low-carb and they taste great.
This kit produced the highest initial specific gravity of any Paklab wine kit that I have seen so far. After filling the fermenter to 6 gallons, the SG was 1.093. The actual quality of this Chardonnay is still be determined, but a very good start.

I have made over 50 kit wines the past 6 years, mostly WineExpert kits bought locally. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. At 60% the cost of other white wine kits I've made, trying one of these kits was an easy choice for me. Add that these kits come with 30 corks, 30 labels, and 30 shrink-wrap bottle top covers, it's a no brainer. This kit is currently completing secondary fermentation in the carboy and I have not yet tasted it. I am bottling a different Chateau Classico red and am convinced it is as good as any other red kit wine I've made. This dry white Chard should be on par with other kit wines as well. Decided to try one of these since they were on sale at the natural food store and I'm very disappointed. I am a huge fan of Amy's organic lentil soup and this stuff does not compare. This stuff has more salt, less fat and much less flavor (other than the flavor of salt). the soup was OK but the packaging did not protect the cans all were severely dented I would never accept these at my supermarket
I was optimistic about the flavor, based on the yummy soy sauce and sesame aroma coming from the finished product. But the taste... oh man, the taste. It tasted like pure vinegar. The sauce was SO SOUR. The acidity overpowered any soy or sesame flavor by a long shot. The only thing I can think is that in order to compensate for the dish being lower sodium than most noodle bowl type things, they tried to ramp up the flavor with acidic ingredients. A touch of acidity does help bring out the flavor when you reduce the salt, but this was WAY too much.

I've had chow mein before and this is not it. The noodles are Ok although they have a weird texture but like another reviewer said, you have to heat them up first because they're packed together pretty tight. Even after I microwaved according to the package directions, I still had a hard time breaking the noodles up to get everything mixed together. The worst part is the sauce. It tasted like watered down soy sauce and there was a very unpleasant tangy after taste. Yuck! I'm not sure who taste tested these but they need to go back to the drawing board. I purchase a lot of Asian style noodles here on Amazon. I seen these advertised on Warehouse Deals and decided to order a case. My son tried them first and said they were too "sour" for him and threw them away. Last night, my wife made us each a bowl of these, and neither of us could stand them. One bite and we immediately noticed the taste of Vinegar, and had to spit them out and throw them in the trash. Don't waste a cent on these. They taste nothing like chow mein. I feel ripped off -literally, like I've been scammed. There should be fines for companies that make such awful products.
I was a bit hesitant in eating this cheese because I couldn't quite grasp why anyone would marry these flavors together but once I had some, it is the absolute BEST tasting cheese ever! It had pieces of walnuts and the taste was incredibly smooth. I am totally hooked on this cheese and would not hesitate in recommending this cheese to anyone. It's delicious! You have got to try this!
