You get a very small amount of this jam better deals on amazon! Haven't tasted it yet but on know that elderberry is very good for you! This seller was addressed with these issues and there response was it wasn't cost effective for any larger size! Eden Foods Mirin Rice Cooking Wine -- 10.5 fl oz

For some reason, it is almost impossible to find the true mirin rice cooking wines in US now. I remember it used to be available at regular Asian grocery stores, but now, all I find is the imitation mirin which is not exactly rice cooking wine.

I am so glad I found this at Amazon. This is the genuine mirin with higher alcohol content and flavor. It is a lot more expensive than imitation mirin but I think it is worth the price if you want to cook authentic Japanese food.

I compared the prices at Amazon and at a health food store in my town, and even with shipping and handling, Amazon prices were cheaper. So I will stick with buying this mirin here.

My honey castella cake recipe calls for mirin. This is it. The cake turned out great. It's a nice mirin.

This apple cider mulling spice blend is perfect. It can be used with an entire gallon of cider or in a single cup. Most of the other cider mulling herbs have to be used all at once, but since I like to drink cider the way I would have a cup of tea, this is the perfect ingredient to make each cup special. You just put in a teaspoon or two and you have the perfect hot cider. I had found another product like this one several years ago but it is no longer made and I was ecstatic to find the Aspen mulling spice blend. Of course you can use it with other type of drinks, but for me, it makes the perfect autumn hot apple cider drink. Although it has to be purchased as a pack of 9, the extra ones make wonderful gifts for special people.

Aspen Mulling Spices are delicious! What a fabulous find. We add a carton to a bottle of apple juice or apple cider, throw in a few slices of orange, and warm it on the stove. The aroma is delicious it reminds the whole family of fall. A delicious treat any time of year, it's particularly good on a frosty night. I'm sure there are a million uses for this spice blend, but we're all hooked on the apple cider combination. And at this price, you can't go wrong. These spices help liven up any recipe. You can use them for baking and add them to beverages. My favorite use for them is to add them to apple cider. The smell of apple cider and mulling spices warming on the stove always transports me back to my parents house when my mother would make the cider. I completely recommend it.

FYI, for those noticing that what they ordered is not what is shown in the picture, Aspen rebranded 1.5 years ago. This means they changed their packaging and logo. The picture shown with the black/beige carton and red cup is old. The new is red and beige with cinnamon sticks on the front.

Ordered this to try in a recipe and have used it so many times in making apple pie bars that I'll have to go back and order more. Everyone raves about the 'spicy' flavor to the bars when I didn't do anything but sprinkle the mulling spices directly from the carton. But don't tell them!! What could be easier. Definitely recommend it!

Not a lot to say really....the chips are exactly what and how much I wanted, and were delivered on time. I use them for wines and they work perfectly I boil a little water, add a few, let it cool then add the mixture to my wine must. It gives wine a nice light oak undertone. This vinegar is wonderful. It's a huge bottle and the taste is beyond compare. When Sherry vinegar is called for in a recipe, there is no alternative for its sweet, pungy flavor. I love this stuff. It tastes to me like liquified gold. The fizz makes the cider have an extra kick to it, making the consumer experience all the better. It comes in a decorated glass bottle with covering on the top. The color is a yellowish, gold with bubbles ascending to the top of the drink. That makes the fizz start bubbling up. It does settle down a bit. The first taste has a sweet, crisp, apple flavor with the fizz to bump it up a notch. With my family, It got dranken pretty fast so make sure you buy more, especially around the holiday time. This delightfull drink can be brought to family get togethers and be consumed like a hot tray of hot dogs or homemade devil dogs. People will thank you for it. I encourage anyone who loves the sweet, sugary, crisp taste of apple cider to at least try a glass.
