I am sensitive and allergic to all kind of chemicals and switched to vinegar long, LONG ago. I can not live without this essence! I use it diluted in water for general cleaning around the house, floors, sanitizing and eliminating odors in my pups' room, in RINSE cycle while doing the laundry, etc Literally EVERYWHERE where a cleaner/sanitizer is necessary.
This is a fruity, light, and slightly sweet wine that is a surprise to everyone who tries it. The kit is complete with corks, labels and shrink caps. The instructions are clear and fairly straight forward. This is a great one to subscribe to--I get mine every six months, alternating with the Cabernet Sauvignon for a nice contrast. I ordered the Sauvignon Blanc in two styles, Ontario and New Zeland. I was surprised when I got the kits and opened them up. I have made about 20 of the Vino Italiano wine kits. These kits are identical with the same labels, ingredients,corks,packaging. The only difference is these kits are 17.5 lbs. The labels just say Sauvignon Blanc and do not specify the types. These kits are also 8 10 dollars more. I have made the Vino Italiano Sauvignon Blanc wine kit and thought it was great. I wondered why I was not able to find the kit again, and now I know why.
I can now make all the Tiramisu I want plus all the low carb variations that are out there. Specialty items like this are hard to find in country stores where I live so I keep them in the freezer and escape to Italy anytime I want. I love this product being on Amazon and the free shipping was the "icing" on the lady finger!!

This jelly is my "go-to" for a delicious, quick appetizer. I pour it over cream cheese and serve with crackers it truly is fabulous and there is NEVER any left over everyone loves it! I love Vegetable Kingdom they are amazingly creative with their products. This is THE very best balsamic vinegar ever . . . as other reviewer stated it is a bit sweet but it is not the dominant flavor. This is not a watery vinegar -rather it is thick so I don't even use oil for dressings. Great price, too.

I've only been using this product for a short while and really have nothing to compare it to except Sake I've had to drink in the past but I like the flavor not overly strong and it adds a nice taste to many things. I was very disappointed to find out that this product has wheat ingredients in it!!! Although my family doesn't need to have a "certified Gluten Free" label on it, I didn't expect that this product would contain wheat since it's a "rice" type of wine.
