I was at a friend's house recently and she was trying to impress me (that is another story) and she used this product with the meal she was serving, which included a wonderful beef dish. She also used it with a cheese spread she invented herself. This stuff is absolutely delicious...I was absolutely stunned. I know food and I know good food and this stuff is great. It also allowed my friend to get what she wanted. I plan to order this stuff myself.

I have orderd from this vendor twice. They deliver on time. The product is absolutely delicious. Happy, happy.

This is really tasty! We searched for it at the local grocery store, zip, nada, zilch. Lots of internet recipes for how to make your own. Too much bother. It was required in a recipe we wanted to try, so we decided to have a jar shipped to us. It made the dish really great. Then I tried it on my next hamburger. Wow, love it. My wife said it made her tummy unhappy later, but her system generally has the same response to all onions. So if you're OK with onions, you'll love the sweet onion confit.

Diamanti Specialty Wine Kit Red Port Style Milk Chocolate Strawberry, 13.5-Pound Box

I've made several kits this year. This Port is exceptional and, yes, you only get 30 small bottles from this batch. So, buy it and enjoy it. You can drink this right after bottling and all your friends will love it. It goes well with a cigar and friends.

I preferred the Dark Chocholate Orange better, but this makes a decent port. I will buy it again in the future.

the information states it will make 30 bottles of 750ml wine. the box when it arrived states it will only make 15 bottles. only half as much. not such a bargin when you consider this.

Wine Finishing Sauces by Buckhead Gourmet - Sauce Bordeaux (9 ounce)

I absolutely love Buckhead Gourmet sauces. It's very difficult to find a decent bottled sauce that isn't sweet or hot, but savory. The Buckhead Gourmet Bordeaux sauce is wonderfully savory. I've used it on chicken on the grill, roast venison, and many other things, all with wonderful results. It's great for a quick meal that people think you slaved over. For the chicken, I toss the chicken breasts into a bowl with the sauce. Tenderize the breasts a bit with a fork so the sauce can get into the breasts, also. Toss on the grill with a bit more sauce, and serve. For the venison, I simply browned the venison, added the sauce, and cooked until not quite med/rare. It was perfect and I served it with Christmas dinner.

I've tried several of their sauces, and every one has been wonderful. My only complaint is that the sauces seem to be getting harder and harder to find.
