This product made a great Christmas Surprise for my 89 year old mother. She has enjoyed this cheese and it is a product that can not be found in a lot of stores. This company and especially a gentleman named Mike were very helpful. However, they shipped the product using FEDEX and I am very unhappy with the service I received from FEDEX. The product was clearly marked PERISHABLE and the driver left it without notifying anyone. I found the product 3 or 4 days later and it had been quite warm here in Florida. When I called the shipper, Mike was quite helpful and told me to discard the first package and he would ship another one. He made sure that it arrived in time for Christmas. I happened to be outside when FEDEX delivered the second package and mentioned what had happened the first time. The driver copped an attitude with me. I will highly recommend the product and the shipping company but am very unhappy with FEDEX...

I did not eat this cheese. It was a gift for my elderly father who LOVES Limburger. It was delivered directly to his apartment door which was awesome. He lives in a seniors indoor apt. complex. That said, he reported that it was extremely mild, no kick. He had to add allot of onion to taste any flavor. He was very very disappointed. Would not order again. Although the shipping worked out great.

This salami matches and exceeds any that I've had from artisan salami makers at street markets anywhere in France. The salami is tender and meaty. That it comes from humanely-raised pigs was a critical factor for me. It also is a relief that the maker has skipped the filler, sticking to meat and flavoring. Great salami. If you like Oscar Mayer -stay away. If you like really, really dry, authentic salami, give Fra Mani a go. Make the slices really thin, which is easy since the salami is so dry. :-) (I just wish they made a spicy dry salami!)

Mountain Gorgonzola - Pound Cut (1 pound) by igourmet

We had tried several dishes of Italian gourmet when we were in Italy that contained Gorgonzola. Obviously, it must have been the "dolce" (sweet) variety. This is a very strong and sharp taste. I did not mind it at all in some recipes but the wife could not tolerate the overpowering taste. If you like authentic Gorgonzola, this is a delight. If you like authentic Blue Cheese, you defininately should try this.
