Dairy Vale Vintage Cheddar by igourmetI rec'd this cheese in a Christmas "gift basket", and what a nice surprise. The taste and consistency are excellent, it's a fairly strong cheddar, which I love. That's why I looked for it on-line and am going to buy some thru Amazon. Yahoo!

FIORE BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA Traditional-Style Aged up to 18 YearsThere are so many balsamic vinegars on the market these days that frankly I wonder about the claims of authenticity and aging. Most are pleasant enough, but this Fiore is truly AMAZING. It is noticeably thicker, denser, sweeter than the popular, readily-available balsamic vinegars. A real fireworks display on the tongue, and it is sufficient to use it sparingly--just a splash on grilled peaches, or a dash on warm asparagus with good olive oil and sea salt. I think this product is worth every penny! I am going to restock and also order one for a birthday gift for someone special. I haven't tried the flavored ones; I prefer things in their original simple glory.

Reserve Du Chateau 4 Week Wine Kit, Italian Merlot, 17.5-Pound BoxI've made several kits of this Italian Merlot. It is best if you add oak chips during fermentation. Let this wine age in the bottle for 6 to 8 months and you won't believe you could make wine this good for this little money.

For the price this was a decent wine kit. When making 5 gallons it had a little less body than I expected. Still a decent tasting wine. I would buy this again and probably make it at 4.5 gallons instead. Just my taste though. Amazon shipping was great by the way!

Product was very easy to use. I was impressed with the decorative labels and the cork covers the product came with. Nice touch! Good flavor.
