I purchased this so I would have the proper yeast for making wine. Since it was my first try I wanted to do it right. The yeast activated my wine perfectly. I will be using this in my next wine making days.

Himalania Himalayia Pink Salt in Box with serving spoon 8.8 oz
This pink salt is good stuff. It is a very light salt. Has a light bite to it, though, so too much ruins things. It goes good with watermelon. I will order it again. Then again, maybe I will try a new one. I love these unique elements, in however way they can be unique. Anyway, they are worth their salt. Hmmm.
Previously I had used coarse Himalayan salt and I got tired of grinding it because I use so much, so I was glad to find this salt that was fine grained. It works really well in an ordinary salt shaker.
It doesn't hurt that my favorite color is pink.

This does not raise my blood pressure like table salt. You need very little of this fantasty salt for Bold flavor. Its super fine texture will not give you the feel of sand in your mouth like some sea salts. Melts instantly. I use it for cooking and flavoring raw foods. I orginally bought it for a type of treatment for lyme disease but I continue to use it just for the flavor. I love that it hasn't been processed to death with who knows what added to it. My mother used to buy Port Wine Cheese spread for me after tasting it when I was around 10 years old. I always loved it on crackers or wheat toast. It is hard to find a good Port Wine cheese spread that is well mixed and not to strong in one place. This one is quite nicely mixed and the size is generous. Two 15oz with a box of nice tasty crackers. It spreads quite nice even though it came out the fridge. The items were packed securely and still cold upon arrival. I feel I got a decent value for this item when I go to the store a 5-8 oz port wine cheese is about 3-4 dollars. I get a lot more for my money and I appreciate that. If the price stays the same I will order again. :)

This stuff is delicious and incredibly useful. I've macerated berries in it (it's wonderful with strawberries); marinated pork with it; added it to sauces; as well as made salad dressings. In every dish, it was a star. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle.
Chipotle Sour
When I was on a business trip in March, I visited a restaurant and had a chipotle margarita. It was the most amazing drink. As soon as I returned home, I did a search for the chipotle sour mix on Amazon, found it, and ordered it. It arrived a few days later, and I made a margarita with it. It is just the best a blend of the smoky chipotle flavor, sweet and sour flavor, and spicy hot. I mixed it with margarita mix and tequila, and it turned out great, but the company has a website with many different recipes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys margaritas and likes spicy hot flavors and chipotle.

I bought this as a gift for a co-worker, and she told me her family enjoyed the cheese a lot. That said, I was disappointed with this as a gift, as the box was much smaller than I expected and the unattractive, very loose ribbon made a weak presentation. (I couldn't re-tie the ribbon or even remove it, since it was attached with a sticker to the box and would have ended up tearing the box.) Overall, I won't be buying this as a gift again better to find a great local cheese shop and wrap everything properly.
