I got this for my husband who wine of choice is chardonnay. It was easy to follow instructions and having all the necessary equiptment made it a simple process. We got 28 bottles of crystal clear white wine. I didn't want to chance any particles in my wine batch so I stopped it at 28. Both me and husband think this wine is very good and has a nice fragrance.

Really pricey. I think a 45-gallon barrel is that much at the warehouse. I first cancelled, they did not respond so I went ahead and accepted. Certainly not economical.
I bought the Simpkins Mulled Wine Flavor Fruit Drops to include in gift baskets at Christmas time. Great Flavor, not overbearing in the spice department and very soothing. Just like drinking a glass of mulled wine.
