I purchased this particular item for the tin. I have a smaller version that was part of a basket gift years back, and I use it for tea bags. I planned on using this tin as a container as well, however, the tin was so badly dented that the seam that actually connects the tin was wide open, and I had to throw it away

I was happy with this product and I will order again. It was a bit pricey; I lived in France and I guess I got spoiled.

With all respect, I implore you to use your own judgement and conscious when buying this product, but please understand what it is.

These animals have been force fed by sticking metal tubes down their throats until their livers become 10 times their normal size. They frequently have gashes all over their beaks and throats. The ducks are so frightened of humans that even the few that have been rescued will never let a human touch them again.

Please don't be allow these companies to hide the facts from you, and the facts are unsettling, to say the least. Use your own judgement, but please don't be blind.

6 weeks into the process, I am pleased with the quality of this still green wine. Took a sample last night. The wine was perfectly clear, so I can't understand why the instructions recommend filtration? The flavor and aroma profiles indicate that after another nine months of ageing this will be a pretty good medium bodied red wine. The specific gravity of the grape juice was right at 1.075, which is the low end of the specification range (1.075-1.090). I added sugar to bring it up to 1.085 before starting the fermentation. Wished the kit contained a package of grape skins.

I purchased this kit for my husband, who is an amateur wine maker. The instructions were easy to follow and the resulting wine is better than those we have purchased at local wineries. As it ages, we expect it to get even better.

This wine kit made excellent tasting homemade wine, and without all the work. It is easy to throw the ingredients together, and the sticker labels that come with it are fun for your dad or whoever gets this kit to come up with names to label their fancy wines. The package looked good, but the content was not so good. It's basically the repackage tea from the chinese supermarket. I was expecting with this price, I'll get the premium quality tea, but instead just the repackage tea that I can buy cheaply from the chinese supermarket. The tea was very dry and not taste good. I'm very disappointed.
