Pear Vanilla Jam Andresy All natural French jam pure sugar cane 9 oz jar Confitures a l'Ancienne

Pear Vanilla Jam Andresy All natural French jam pure sugar cane 9 oz jar Confitures a l'Ancienne, ThreeThis is an unusual and amazing tasting jam. I love the pear with vanilla overtones. Great on toast and my wife loves it for an unusual PB and J. The only issue is that the supplier doesn't have anymore and doesn't know when they will get more. If they had a case of it, I would buy it allit's that great.

Cugino's Gourmet Foods, Ridiculously Delicious Soups, 8 Cup Baked Burgundy French Onion Soup, 3.8-O

Cugino's Gourmet Foods, Ridiculously Delicious Soups, 8 Cup Baked Burgundy French Onion Soup, 3.8-Ounce BoxesOkay, so you have to add your own onion and bread.....adding these fresh is a good thing. This is meant to be a starter mix of seasonings, not an add water and eat soup. The flavoring of this mix is excellent! I tried this out on friends and added homemade italian bread and sharp white cheddar cheese and we decided it was the best french onion soup ever! I have tried onion soups from MANY restaurants in search of the perfect french onion soup and have found ones equal, but none better than this combination. A friend who also tried this mix has worked at several high end restaurants and with our combination of bread and cheese, she said none of them can match the quality of our homemade soup! Yes, we could tinker with seasoning combinations to try to match Cugino's, but why bother when Cugino's has already put together the perfect blend.

Okay, the sodium content is high, but most good french onion soups are. And I would agree with the other reviewer to double the amount of onions added because one onion is just not enough.

The proper bread and cheese do make a big difference for french onion soups, so don't skimp on quality there and you should be very pleased with this mix.

This makes absolutely the best French Onion Soup I have ever had. Nuf' said. I use the box recipe with a couple of changes.

Matt's French Onion Soup

Serves: 2

Need two soup crock pots. Some will be left over and can be frozen in a vacuum bag for future usage.

1 box Cugino's Baked Burgundy French Onion Soup Mix

4 (1-ounce) slices of circular provolone cheese 2 should be slighly larger that the top of the crock pot's opening

4 slices bread

2 slices mozzarella cheese

1. Make the onion soup per the box direction except double the boil time to thicken the broth.

2. Meanwhile, place each bread slice on a cutting board.

3. Press and rotate the upside down open end of the crock onto the bread and rotate it to cut it into a circle the size of the crock pot opening.

4. Place one of the circular slices of bread into the bottom of each crock pot.

5. Place a slice of the smaller provolone cheese over the bread in each crock pot.

6. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese over the bread in each crock pot.

7. Ladle the soup mix while still very hot into each crock pot about 1/2 inch from the top.

8. Place the remaining slices of circular bread onto the top of each crock pot making sure the top is even with the top of the crock pot.

9. Place the remaining slices over the top of the crock pots.

10. Place the crock pots in the oven and broil until the top layer of provolone cheese is browned and toasty.

11. Serve immediately and enjoy after it's cool enough to eat! Yum yum! So tasty!

Great soup mix. The instructions are easy to follow. Like one other reviewer mentioned, it could use a bit more onion then what is suggested but that's easy to fix.

The mix is a bit of the pricey side but I think it's well worth the price for the quality (and quantity) of soup you get.

I've tried many french onion soup and soup mixes. Nothing compared to restaurant quality--until this! YUMMMY! It is my absolute favorite soup. I buy 4-5 packs whenever I'm lucky enough to see it in Walmart.

Briannas Home Style Dressings Blush Wine Vinaigrette -- 12 fl ozI love this stuff! It goes perfect on my strawberry and mandarin orange salad. Reminds me of a raspberry vinaigrette but much better than anything else I have tasted.

This dressing is wonderful! Can't wait to try the other flavors. Also, the company's website has lots of great-sounding recipes! Yea!

We had this with some baby spinach, fresh strawberries, and Wonderful Almond's Sweet Roasted Pomegranate. It was very refreshing not too sweet and not too overpowering. I really recommend it!

We get ours at Publix though.

I love this dressing because it is very tasty. However, buying it on this site is too expensive ($8.99). Vitacoast.com has the same thing for 3.59 (12 oz bottle).

This is the best salad dressing ever with tons of flavor and not that many fat calories. it's reasonable if you are on a diet or watching your fat/calories. it's quite tangy tho so there's a little bite to it.

Wine Shield

Wine Preserva 6 PkAfter trying the other methods for preserving wine, I can say this one works the best. In order of effectiveness, I'd rank them as 3pump, 2-nitrogen gas, and 1-wine shield. We used to use the pump, then switched to gas. With gas, we'd get 2 or more days out of a bottle depending on the wine. Whites can go a lot longer, but some reds would taste a little different after a day with gas. But with the wine shield, I have gone 4 days or so with very little change in red wines. We refrigerate them after opening and warm them up when ready to drink. The only issue I've found with the wine shield is it doesn't fit as well in some gewurztraminer bottles which are narrower, but gawurz keeps pretty well anyway, so we just use gas for those. We are regular wine drinkers, and polishing off one bottle a night between 2 people leaves me a little fuzzy the next day, and can get pricey. We usually drink a half bottle with dinner, and pair our wines, so we may have 3 open bottles at a time. This has been a great solution, and after 2 10 packs I am sold. I just went for the 130 pack.

These shields are great for saving wine a few days, as if just opened. I'm on my second box of fifty.

The picture is a bit misleading. When I opened the package on arrival, I found fifty loose shields inside, and the insertion tool. There is no separate box for storing the shields. No matter, I used the box from my first purchase for storage.

I was looking for some inexpensive wine gifts and came across these. I tested them out before giving them to friends and found great results. Just drop one in the open bottle at the end of night and its stays fresh for the coming days. Best price as well..

The Wine Shield product really works. After trying product after product, (Air Cork FAILED MISERABLY and absolutely NO CONFIDENCE), (wine preservers that use a rubberized plug and vacuum pump Ruins the WINE), (inert gas and replacing cork and or used in tandem with vacuum type system still Ruins the WINE), Wine Shield is simple to use and if purchased in bulk can be affordable. After experimenting with a Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon for approximately 5 days, this product proved to me that it really works. Please note that this is exactly the same wine and vintage that I used to test the Air Cork.

After using this product for about 2 months I truly believe that this is the best product for preserving the "taste" of the wine and due to it's simplicity proves to be a reliable product. I now have confidence to leave a partial bottle and return for another taste without surprises.

I would have gone 5 stars but you will have an occasional cover that will not open in the bottle. I have only had one in about 30 bottles. They do keep wine fresh and that is the point of these correct?
