1. Turn oven on to broil.
2. Prepare a baking pan with foil.
3. Lay out my veggies (asparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli, etc) in a single layer.
4. Douse with extra virgin olive oil (evoo).
5. Sprinkle liberally with Viking Smoked Salt.
6. I sometimes add ground black pepper and ground garlic.
7. I leave the veggies in there till they start to get golden brown but I really like them kinda charred... About 8-14 mins.
I have also used in sauteing vegetables (mushrooms, green beans, brussel sprouts, etc)
1. Turn on stove to a medium high fire.
2. Prepare a large frying pan with evoo (just enough to cover the expanse of the pan).
3. When oil starts to separate, drop in vegetables.
4. Coat veggies w/oil from pan (add more if needed). I also sometimes add a few pats of butter for taste.
5. Sprinkle with Viking Smoked Salt.
6. Keep mixing the veggies.
7. I turn off the fire when the veggies are al dente(still a little bit crisp) but that is up to you...Salt is just salt? Not really. Few things this expensive are worth it. This is

This product is advertised as smoked salt. It is, indeed, smoked salt. What the seller fails to tell us is that curry, onion, and black pepper are also ingredients.
It is more like onion salt and may be good for a rub, but it is definitely not what I thought I was purchasing.
I contacted the seller and their response was "The ingredients are indeed salt, curry, onion, and pepper, which is not an indication that this product is not smoked salt."
I cannot recommend this seller.

French Cassoulet Reflets De France-Cassoulet - 55,73 Oz

What went wrong; well it seems I live in the wrong place and even Amazon cannot do anything to help.
I live in Colombia (South America) and French products like cassoulet have a complicated delivery pattern; firstly a delivery from the French manufacturer to Amazon in the USA and then a 2nd delivery from Amazon USA to a specialised courier service in Florida for onwards delivery to Colombia. Needless to say all of this costs an arm and a log and you need to really want the product to undertake such an order.
The initial delivery from the French agent to Amazon USA went like Swiss clockwork; just 3 days, very hard to beat. The onwards delivery from Amazon USA to Florida courier service was similarly efficient. But then came the bad news. The Florida courier service informed us Colombia refuse entry to all canned goods and perishable items, so cassoulet fails on 2 counts. None of this is Amazon or Reflet de la France's fault, it is all about "need to know" information but I felt "pixxed off". Throwing good food into a garbage cart is not my idea of good fun.

I am sticking with this one!
PS I like the Dark roast the bestI purchased this for my parents as a xmas present. Since our visit to Hawaii they are in love with Kona coffee and say that no other coffee compares. Unfortunately it is rare to find 100% Kona coffee on the main land. You mostly find Kona "blend". This item was a little expensive for the small amount but my parents have been raving about grinding fresh Kona coffee every morning (on their little island in Michigan!) so it seems to be worth the price.
This item shipped when it said it would. It's winter so the beans stayed cold.

Thi is some grade A KONA coffee . I've ordered quite a lot of it. I've only got my Kona from Hawaii. The extra price is worth every darn penny. I know when I order from these folks That it won't get much better. do I need to say anymore.Read Best Reviews of Hawaii Roasters 100% Kona Coffee, Medium Roast, Whole Bean, 7-Ounce Bag Here
Superb quality coffee beans. The aroma is amazing and the taste is devine. My only issue is the quantity of the bag. One bag does not last long.Want Hawaii Roasters 100% Kona Coffee, Medium Roast, Whole Bean, 7-Ounce Bag Discount?
I've been buying fresh beans for a few years now and can tell when beans are getting stale and these were not roasted in the time frame as advertised, it even had the date printed on the bottom when it was roasted and it was several weeks old.I would not recommed this product.

Great for fermenting a nice mash. May not be the fastest product on the market but definitely is not the slowest! Yields good product.I used this to make both mead and hard cider. The cider came out amazing, not too dry, not too sweet, and the yeast will survive up until about 14% ABV so it really has a nice kick. The mead is still aging, but when racking I grabbed a bit for taste testing, and it was divine. This is a good, inexpensive yeast for brewing. It doesn't have the alcohol tolerance which some of the real high specific gravity brews might require, but it has a very neutral flavor, doesn't impart any weirdness into your brew.works great! will definately buy this stuff again, I think it works very well creates a nice smooth product great
